Job Details
Our client, based in Central London are looking to appoint several suitably experienced Private Sector Housing Officer who can carry out housing condition surveys.
In order to be considered it is essential that you have knowledge of Housing Act 2014 and knowledge of different types of HMO's. it is absolutely essential that you have experience in surveying large HMO's and knowledge of fire separation in large HMO's (bedsits/FMO's/257s). You must also be able to undertake condition and occupation surveys.
This role is due to start in early February and will run until July 2019.
