Job Details
Our client in East London are look for a Housing Officer who is able to process applications for property licenses, including inspection of housing conditions and assessment of management standards. You will be inspecting Houses in Multiple Occupation in respect of HMO licensing and complaints.
To be successful in this role you will have to have experience working in a similar role, you must have the HHSRS certificate and you must be available at short notice. You must also have experience of conducting inspections and enforcement in relation to fire safety in residential properties as well as drafting notices and schedules of work/condition under a wide range of housing and environmental health legislation
The client is willing to offer an initial 4 month contract paying £31-35 PH depending on experience and qualifications
