On a daily basis you will be required to investigate anti-social behaviour, environmental crime and statutory nuisance offences and utilise the full range of statutory powers to take robust enforcement action to tackle recurrent offending behaviour.

You will be working towards specific performance targets and customer satisfaction objectives. A key part of the role will involve producing prosecution statements, case files, statutory notices, warning letters and educational material to support action to tackle offending behaviour. Some aspects of your role will involve investigating noise complaints and providing support to the environmental health team.

To work in this role you will need previous experience of dealing with ASB cases and a good working knowledge of relevant legislation and the role of local authorities as an enforcement body. You will need to be happy working a shift pattern which on occasion may involve working unsocial hours (higher rates paid).

The role is based in South West London and will pay around £20-£22/hr (umbrella).
