Job Details
Our client, based in Lancashire are looking for 2 Technical Officers to work in a busy Housing department. You will be asked to complete HHSRS inspections while also talking to landlords and telling them about the benefits of complying with Housing Standards.
Specifically they are looking for a Technical Officer to work on the voluntary accreditation scheme with landlords and managing agent to ensure they reach the Accreditation Code of Practice . This will include inspecting properties under the code and producing schedules of works for the landlords then post inspection to assess the progress of work.
To be successful you will need to possess the HHSRS certificate and a degree in environmental Health would be a big advantage. The client is also asking for a minimum of 2 years experience in Private Sector Housing in a Local Authority.
Is successful you will be offered an initial month contract (starting immediately) where you will be paid £22-28 PH Ltd.
