Temporary Accommodation Team Leader
Our client in South London is recruiting for a Temporary Accommodation Team Leader to start asap in a contract basis.
The main objective for the team is to do sign ups, occupancy checks, and dealing with antisocial behaviour in hostels.
- Manage the team to ensure they pro actively provide a complete range of housing management services for temporary accommodation. Agree team and individual targets with the Head of Housing and monitor performance of the team taking corrective action when required. Lead the team to work collaboratively with other sections, directorates, partners and stakeholders to ensure multi agency responses to complex cases. Lead and be the main point of contact for legal cases, and ensure all evictions are approved in conjunction with the HOC Case Officer. Monitor and ensure good quality casework and accurate, detailed and prompt input of data on to relevant IT systems. Ensure effective communication by the team with the Health and Safety Team, landlords , tenants and contractors, so that gas safety inspections and certificates are arranged in accordance with relevant legislation
