Noise Team Leader
Our client in South London are looking for Noise Team Manager to drive forward implementation of the recommendations that are agreed by the lead member and senior managers. The team will need support and strong leadership and the manager will also need to ensure our customers still receive the same level of good service they are accustomed to during this time. The manager needs to be a source of technical noise expertise for the team, directing responses to complex or contentious issues that enhance the reputation of the service in the eyes of all stakeholders - including elected members.
The service operates 7 days a week including at weekends and evenings and the manager will need to regularly work flexibly in order to achieve the objectives. The rate for this role is £300-£350 per day.
They need someone who can manage, directs and develop a team of professional and technical staff, Monitor staff performance, Prepare and present reports as required, including attendance at committees and Implement changes in service delivery as necessary.
They contract will, initially, until the end of March 2019
