EHO - Pollution - 18 months FTC
Our client, based in East Anglia is looking to appoint an EHO and/or Technical Officer to work in their Environmental Regulation team on an 18 month Fixed Term Contract. They require someone who is able to undertake noise nuisance complaint investigations, public health complaints, blocked drains, rubbish accumulations, overgrown gardens etc.
In order to be considered it is essential that you have worked within this field and have at least 2 years experience. It would also be desirable if you have extensive experience in environmental regulation work including the serving of notices, preparation of statements etc.
The 18 month period can be for 3-5 days per week. The reason behind the temporary vacancy is that our permanent staff have moved internally whilst we are procuring our new waste contract. The salary grade for this post is starting at £36,000 PA for the full time option and the JD is available.
