Job Details
Our client, based in the South of England is looking for an experienced Private Sector Housing Enforcement Officer. As a member of the Team you will help to apply and enforce legislation relevant to the private residential sector for housing deficiencies, residential pollution and the Houses in Multiple Occupation licensing scheme. You will also undertake inspections to deliver the mandatory licensing scheme for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) and ensure all safety standards for fire precautions and locally adopted amenity standards are maintained.
This role requires someone who is highly proficient within this field. Our client requires someone who can hit the ground running therefore it is imperative that you have minimum of 2+ years experience. You must hold the HHSRS Certificate and it would be desirable if you were also EHORB Registered.
