Regulatory Services Officer – Licensing Compliance
Up to £38,040.00

Ealing is looking to recruit a highly skilled licensing compliance/enforcement officer to sit within the wider Safer Communities service.
The right candidate will play a central role in ensuring Ealing’s day and night time economy can thrive in a safe way by working closely with both internal and external partners, such as the Metropolitan Police, the London Fire Brigade,
We are looking to recruit an experienced enforcement professional who is committed to delivering high quality statutory/regulatory services which deliver positive outcomes on behalf of Ealing’s citizens, communities and businesses.
Ideally, candidates will have some experience/knowledge of the statutory licensing framework outlined within the Licensing Act 2003. However, we are also keen to hear from enforcement / regulatory service professionals who have demonstrable experience of working in a similar environment, this could be in the private or public sector. Our focus is on identifying candidates who can demonstrate that they have the necessary skills, drive and determination to perform effectively in the role.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, pro-active, quick thinking, resilient under pressure and possess a natural aptitude to identify sensitive situations and act quickly to resolve issues.
An ability to provide the highest level of customer care and a commitment to team working are further essential attributes.

This role is deemed customer facing and as such you must have a command of spoken English which is sufficient to enable you to effectively perform the role. This requirement relates to Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.
