Job Details
Our client, based in West London is looking to recruit up to 8 Environmental Health Officers. They require two officers to work in a major airport and six officers to work in the borough. The role based in the airport is an excellent opportunity for an Imported Food Officer / Environmental Health Officer / Higher Certificate Technical Officer to primarily undertake duties as required for delivering port health functions.
The borough based role requires an EHORB registered officer with recent local authority experience and you must be able to demonstrate how you are capable of meeting the competencies relating to Inspection of Food Establishments and have at least 20 hours of Food Core CPD as specified in the current version of the Food Law Code of Practice and Practice Guidance.
Each position will run for an initial 12 week period, this role will see you into the new financial year! rates on offer are between £34-£37. There may be scope for you to do this work in the evenings and weekends, possibly per inspection as well if this is a preference.
