A unique opportunity has arisen in the Food & Safety Team for a Principal EHO. The successful candidate must be a qualified and competent EHO who will lead and further develop our successful Primary Authority scheme as well as manage the food hygiene and health and safety inspection/project programmes. As a lead food officer you will play a key role in assessing the competence of other food officers and mentoring their technical development.
