Buckingham Futures have an excellent opportunity in Central London for a Construction Site Officer to deal with Noise and Nuisance.

To ensure that the negative effects of construction noise do not cause unnecessary disturbance our client has adopted a Code of Construction Practice

The code is one strand of a set of measures to ensure that construction is undertaken with regard to its impact.

To assist with this aim the candidate would be required to undertake both reactive and pro-active investigations and enforcement to reduce noise disturbance from construction sites using S60 & 61 of the CoPA 1974.

Formal qualifications in acoustics will be highly regarded as the candidate will provide specialist knowledge, expertise and experience in construction, engineering, noise and vibration to a variety of stakeholders.
