Environmental Health Technician
Our client, based in the North West are looking for an Environmental Health Technician to work for them for a 2 month period while permanent recruitment takes place. The right candidate will have experience working within the Environmental Health profession for a local authority while using sound Level Meters. You will be working for a busy Local authority dealing with Noise complaints as well as reactive work.
To be successful the council are looking for someone who (ideally) has a Diploma or Degree in Environmental Health or is a Member of the CIEH. But you eill need to have good knowledge and understanding of enforcement legislation, Codes of Practice, Regulations and initiatives and other Local Government legislation relevant to Environmental Protection & Community Safety.
You will be offered a 2 month contract.
