Improvement Officer/HMO specialist
The role is in Kent.
I am currently working with a client, based on the South East Coast of England, looking for an Improvement Officer/HMO specialist to join their busy HMO team on an initial 3 month rolling contract.
My client is a Local Authority based on the South East Coast and therefore this assignment, falls into the IR35 legislation. The client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running on a large HMO project, the ideal candidate will have experience in;
- Serving Notices
- Prosecution experience
- Good report writing skills
- Experience with HMOs
- Extensive technical knowledge within HMOs
This role is primarily office based, however will be likely to entail a number of site visits and front line interaction with the police – therefore, the successful candidate will have a DBS completed by the Authority.
