To work with the Worcestershire Councils and partner agencies as part of the Migration Fund project. To tackle poor property standards affecting tenants and associated issues around migration.
Ability to work outside normal office hours and across Worcestershire.
Working in a local authority or equivalent setting.
Investigation and enforcement of housing standards including houses in multiple occupation.
Use of computer databases for collection and analysis of data.
Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
CIEH EHORB registered Environmental Health Practitioner.
Knowledge of building construction, legislation relating to private sector housing and enforcement procedures.
Ability to analyse data and produce reports.
Able to work on own initiative.
Able to manage conflicting demands.
Good communication skills.
