Our client requires 150 Cat D and E food hygiene inspections to be completed between January and the end of March 2018; an outline of the requirement is below:

- Arrange inspection (where appointments are required)
- Undertake inspection
- Complete inspection report
- Establish FHRS
- Input an database / app
- Confirm food hygiene rating in writing

To carry out the work you will need to be Food Competent as defined by the FSA and suitably qualified to inspect the category of premises detailed. You do not need to be available full time as the work pattern is completely flexible and we are happy to split the 150 into smaller batches.

The work is based in the East Midlands and we expect to pay around £50-£60 per inspection. The work will be outside IR35.
