The Job:

We are looking for a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and committed officer to join our Health Protection and Compliance Team. Our team has responsibility for delivering a range of services including food safety, occupational health and safety, communicable disease control and assorted licensing duties to customers in both Cherwell District Council and South Northamptonshire Council areas. 

The Person:

If you are a qualified Technical Officer (EHRB registered) who can demonstrate recent experience of inspection and enforcement work in relation to food safety and occupational health and safety we would be very pleased to hear from you and we would also welcome applications from those who may be recently qualified. You must be able to demonstrate competency (or be working towards this) to deliver the full range of ‘Official Controls’ as detailed in the Food Standards Agency Food Law Code of Practice 2015.
