Our local authority client in South London requires an HMO Officer to undertake residential complaints work. You will liaise with tenants, landlords, and other agencies, and have the opportunity and support to use the range of powers available to you to improve the housing standards and living conditions of some of the most vulnerable people in our communities.
You will need to have qualified knowledge and work experience in the Housing Health & Safety Rating System and also have some experience in the use of a complaints database system such MPP3. Being able to carry out surveying work within the borough and the ability to draft advisory and letters for tenants and landlords will put you in a string position.
The client is offering rates from £26 p/h LTD depending upon experience and qualifications. Our client require someone who can start ASAP, the contract will run for an initial 3 month period and will probably roll onto March 2018
