Health & Safety Officer
Our client, based in East Anglia is looking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified Environmental Health, Health & Safety Officer. Working under the direction and guidance of the SEHO (Health and Safety and Licensing) and the Food, Safety and Licensing Team Manager, covering general health and safety duties in accordance, including interventions, investigation of accidents, incidents and complaints, development and implementation of health and safety project work; general duties in respect of licensing including animal welfare licensing, beauty and cosmetic treatments and therapies and assisting with other licensing and health and safety activities when the work load of the team demands.
As mentioned, our client is looking for a qualified Environmental Health Practitioner who has experience of carrying out Health and Safety activities including the investigation of incidents, undertaking programmed inspections and targeted projects.
This is a part time post, covering 16 hours over Monday and Friday, there is however flexibility on the days worked. The contract will run for 3 months.
Rates can be negotiated and will start from £28 per hour.
