Food Premises Inspector
Our client has 270 Food Hygiene Inspections that they would like completing between now and the end of the calendar year. The premises range in category from A-E and may also include some new unrated premises. You will be required to complete the inspection and report and establish the food hygiene rating score so the work is very straight forward. The work programme is completely flexible and you will manage and organise this yourself.
To carry out the work you will need to be a food competent environmental health practitioner and able to demonstrate this through recent experience, a fully up to date CPD record, evidence of qualifications and a completed Competency Assessment document (we can provide one if you have not done this already).
The work is based in the East Midlands and will be paid on a unit basis per inspection; contact us for full details. We do not necessarily need one person to take on the full workload and we are happy to split into smaller batches if you only have limited availability.
