Shield Safety Group is looking for an innovative and motivated Environmental Health professional to join the largest team of EHPs in the country as our Auditor based in Essex. Shield Safety is a rapidly expanding business, paving the way in the private sector, delivering Food, Fire and Health & Safety software and services for small to large businesses.
The role of Auditor involves conducting high quality Food Safety and Health & Safety Audits against the most up-to-date legislation and industry best practice. All Audits are delivered using our award-winning software, Compliance Centre. A typical day in this role will involve visiting our clients across a wide range of sectors, including some of the biggest brands in the UK. The structure of our Audit Team means you will work within your regional patch, however, sometimes further travel may be required. You will be in charge of managing your own calendar, offering job flexibility.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in Environmental Health and 2 or more years enforcement experience. Experience in dealing with compliance solutions, excellent time management and communication skills (verbal and written) and IT literacy would also be desirable.
