Shield Safety Group is looking for an innovative and motivated Environmental Health professional to join the largest team of EHPs in the country as our Account Manager in London. Shield Safety is a rapidly expanding business, paving the way in the private sector, delivering Food, Fire and Health & Safety software and services for small to large businesses.
The role of Account Manager is intrinsic in delivering our excellent levels of customer care, through building and maintaining relationships with a number of Shield Safety Group clients across a multitude of sectors. Your time in this role will be split between home, either our London or Manchester offices or at your appointed clients’ venues, you will manage your own calendar giving you flexibility. A typical day as an Account Manager involves being in regular communication with your appointed clients via phone and email and attending meetings offering face-to-face support with technical advice and guidance. You will work with every team in the business to ensure that clients’ expectations are met and delivery standards remain high.

The ideal candidate for this role will be solutions focussed and a people-person with a degree in Environmental Health, EHORB, EHRB or REHIS registered and 2 or more years enforcement experience. Experience in dealing with compliance solutions, excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and IT literacy would also be desirable.
