Environmental Health Enforcement Officer
Working on behalf of a Local Authority in North West England, Buckingham Futures has an excellent opportunity for an Environmental Health Enforcement Officer to investigate complaints from tenants, private householders and businesses concerning drainage, disrepair, empty homes, accumulation of waste, pollution and other general nuisances.
Skills, knowledge, experience
At least two years experience of working within an Environmental Health, Empty Homes, or private housing renewal service.
Experience of undertaking surveys or inspections.
Up to date knowledge of Environmental Health related legislation and good practice.
Experience of developing relationships internally and externally, working with Partner organisations to deliver shared goals and outcomes
