Hours per week: 37hrs
Pay Scale: £40,626 - £44,570 p/a
About the role
We wish to appoint a team leader to this key post in the implementation and development of our new and innovative shared service.
The work will involve both a flexible management approach and active involvement in delivering services across partner authorities.
The team of professional and technical officers you will manage deliver services across the partner authorities. You will need to work at all partner authorities as the service demands require.
The Residential and Environment Team services include: Housing, Air Quality, Environmental Protection, supporting the partners Anti-social Behaviour strategy, contaminated land, miscellaneous residential and environmental complaints.
You will have in depth knowledge of the team service areas and practical experience which you can use to undertake service delivery, providing leadership and direction to your team.
You will be able to apply a flexible and innovative approach to service delivery to meet the expectations of partner authorities.
