Our Local Authority client, based in West London is looing to appoint a Private Sector Licensing Officers. The role entails work to improve the Private Rented Sector (PRS) by assisting in the delivery of the Borough's Licensing Schemes and Housing Strategy. You will also be expected to provide efficient and effective processing of PRS Licence applications, which includes directing customers to the Council's online assistance, to advise and promote to landlords, tenants, members of the public, Council staff, organisations and any other interested parties the Borough's prescribed PRS Licensing Schemes. This includes maintaining a broad and detailed knowledge of relevant legislation and associated technical information.

This is a 12 month Contract so would be perfect for those who are looking for longevity. Pay rates will be between £18 to £20 per hour.
