Environmental Health Officer (Environmental Protection)

Permanent post - 37 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to join a department that is committed to service delivery and helping to shape the future of the district. This opportunity will suit an experienced Environmental Health Officer who has a Post Graduate Diploma in Acoustics and currently works in Environmental Protection. We will support you fully with our training programmes.

With excellent communication skills, both written and oral, you’ll be confident in dealing with the public, carrying out investigations and drafting reports. You will also be able to prioritise and organize your workload and have good IT skills.

Salary £30,785 - £32,486 plus an excellent benefits package which includes an annual essential car user allowance, generous annual leave entitlement, flexible working arrangements and local government pension scheme.
