Due to our ability to attract partners including many major brand names, we need to expand our Primary Authority Partnership team. The right person to join us will have an ability to work independently as well as being comfortable working as part of a hard working team. Ideally you will have some experience of operating in this field and enjoy the variety that it offers. We require an officer who will thrive and meet the challenge of working within a highly motivated area, specialising in food and health and safety.You will be a qualified Environmentall Health Officer  EHORB registered, Health and Safety qualifications would be an advantage.

There will be regular travel opportunities when meeting up with our partners to discuss ongoing work and also being part of first stage negotiations, explaining how and why an organisation will benefit from Milton Keynes Council being their preferred local authority partner.

You will need to be an excellent communicator who enjoys the challenge of working at the cutting edge. Have good negotiation skills and experience of undertaking investigations, reviewing policy and procedures.
