Public Sector Team
Contract Type
Our client has 90 food premises inspections to complete before the end of March; they're a mixture of Cat C and D premises. You will be required to complete a full inspection and report, produce a pro-forma to be left on site and establish the Food Hygiene Rating score. There will be no additional admin or data input work required. The work pattern is 100% flexible so you can complete the work when it suits and outside of standard work hours.

To carry out this work you will need to be a practising Food Officer with recent experience carrying out food hygiene inspections on behalf of a local authority. We will need evidence of your CPD record and a completed competency assessment document.

The rate will be around £30-£35 per inspection and we are happy to break the total up into smaller work packages.
