Hastings is at the heart of one the biggest regeneration projects the South East of England has ever seen.  We already have University Centre Hastings, two state-of-the-art Creative Media Centres and a brand new station building, but more major regeneration initiatives are underway.  These include a brand new £65 million education centre next to Hastings station, and Priory Quarter - a new lease of life for a part of Hastings town centre, including first-class office space and a multi-screen cinema.
